FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions.

How long until our first placements?

Most partners send their first student profiles within two to three weeks of signing. Depending on the admissions cycle, the first enrollments typically follow within one to two semesters.

Do you work exclusively with one agency per country?

No. We work with multiple agencies in larger markets. We do not steer students between partners — each agency owns its own pipeline.

What if our agency has not worked with Korea before?

Many of our current partners came in without prior Korea experience. The onboarding covers visa basics, university tiers, intake calendars, and the cultural context your counselors will need.

How do you handle student visas?

We coordinate documentation directly with the receiving university and provide guidance for the student's home-country embassy interview. Final filing remains the student's responsibility, supported by your agency.

Can we co-brand or white-label your materials?

Co-branding (your logo alongside ours) is standard. Full white-labeling is reviewed case by case as part of the partnership agreement.
